We explain how to delete all your data from ZenSubs

⚠️ Attention

Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data, subscriptions and saved expenses will be deleted.

How to delete your account?

From the app

  1. 1Open ZenSubs
  2. 2Go to Settings > Profile
  3. 3Tap on 'Delete account'
  4. 4Confirm your password
  5. 5Accept permanent deletion

By email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'I want to delete my account' and attach:

  • Your registered email
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account forever
  • Reason (optional)

We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

What gets deleted?

  • All your personal data
  • Your saved subscriptions
  • Expense history (if you are premium)
  • Your settings and preferences
  • Notification tokens
  • Payment and billing data

Do we keep anything?

If you delete your account, all your information is deleted from the platform.
